RESIDENTIAL SALES:

1 property to sell: 1.5% (Sole agency) or 2% (Multi-agency)

2-5 properties to sell: 1.25% (Sole agency) or 1.75% (Multi-agency)

5+ properties to sell: 1% (sole agency only)

LETTINGS & MANAGEMENT

We provide a hands on letting & management service for private & corporate landlords. 

For Landlord/Landlady 

Let Only: 8%

Let & Fully Managed: 10%

Renewal charges: 1% less than agreed commission, each year, capped at 3 years.
